Quality Assurance
Quality assurance and quality control have become increasingly important in all aspects of manufacturing and we continue to improve every operation in our facility.

This high demand for quality assurance has led us to the implementation of a program to be qualified for the first stage in a CSA Quality Assurance accreditation. The program is recommended for varying levels of control based on industry standards.

Supplied products such as metals and Scotchlite have mill certification and batch numbers recorded and tracked to a specific batch of plates. The customer is immediately notified of any irregularities.

After Sales Service
Our installation crews work throughout Alberta installing all kinds of signs for retail stores, counties and municipalities, utilities, trucking firms, hospitals and schools. This service is important because of the complex nature of local bylaws, safety, underground infrastructure, engineering requirements and specialized equipment. Our servicemen have been trained at NAIT and are fully compliant with our COR (Certificate of Recognition) Safety Manual. We have also been trained in CSTS (Construction Safety Training System).

Warranty
Hi signs warrants the goods against defects due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation of the goods. A comprehensive warranty manual is presented to the customer on projects with exterior illumination/or electronic message centres.
