PRODUCTION ART CHECK-LIST

  1. CROP MARKS

Documents submitted must include crop marks to show the final size of the art it is to be produced at. (As example shown)info 1

 

  1. BLEED FOR GRAPHIC

All documents are to have a minimum of 1/4” bleed all around. (As example shown)

 

  1. CUT LINE OF GRAPHIC

Cut lines for any shaped object are to be included. The line is to be 100% Magenta. (As example shown)

 

  1. FONTS

If there are specific fonts that are used in the supplied file, be sure to attach the .TTF (True Type Font) or the .OTF (Open Type Font) file when you submit the art.

If you choose to convert all text to curves , please ensure the size of the text is accurate. If providing outlines, please run a spell check. (As example shown)

 

  1. FILE SUBMISSION TYPE

It is recommended to submit files through a vectored .EPS or a vectored .PDF file.

 

  1. PANTONE VALUES

Please provide pantone values when submitting production-ready art. This will ensure that your brand standards are met.

 

  1. LINKED IMAGES

When there are images in a file, be sure to include the photos as linked images, rather than embed them. This helps the file remain smaller, and the images more clear. With that said; because they are linked, be sure to attach them in the file folder when art is sent.

 

NOTE: Please review files before sending to ensure correct sizes, content, etc. Errors on supplied artwork are the responsibility of the customer and corrections may result in additional fees and/or art time.
